I don’t know what kind of January you had, but for me, it breezed by (sorry, if you didn’t have this experience). I spent most of my time off social media which freed up a lot of time for me to work on a BIG project (more on that to come soon 😬)
The Return of YouTube
In other news, I’m soon to start releasing content again on my YouTube channel. I’ve wanted to do this for quite some time (almost 2 years) and it’s finally happening. Tell me what recipes you’d like to see on my YouTube channel.
I finished reading Stanley Tucci’s book TASTE: My life through food. I know we are just 1 month into the year, but this is my favourite book of the year so far (okay, I’ve only read one book in 2022 - I’m a slow reader). I absolutely loved it. As an Italian American, I related to his food memories and really enjoy his sense of humour. What’s more, he now has me making dirty martinis. In short: I’d very much like to be his friend.
