I’m excited to share that Leftovers is having a bit of a revamp starting from this month. There are going to be some new additions, exclusive content and insightful foodie writing that I’m looking forward to sharing with you.
Before we get into that, I wanted to give a little update on what I’ve been up to this past month. I took part in the Sustainability Show in Manchester where I gave a live cooking demo, did a Q&A with the lovely audience and signed copies of my book You Can Cook This!. I had a great time, and I’m excited for the upcoming London event in October – I’ll share more details on how you can get free tickets in next month’s newsletter.
I’ve also been working on a new project that’s been both challenging and a lot of fun. I’m developing a vegan burger recipe for an online food delivery company that will launch some time next month. Unlike my usual recipes, with this one I have to take into consideration things like how easy it is to make in a speedy, industrial kitchen, how to make sure it’s transportable and whether it can hold its structure. It’s really pushed my creativity and put my skills to the test – I’ve loved it and I can’t wait to share the final product with you soon.
Starting this month, Leftovers will now have different tiers. I am enlisting the expertise of contributors and writers to bring you exclusive recipes, interviews, free events and giveaways. If you’d like to support my work and this newsletter, you can find more information below.
