I’m going to share an update on the past month or so, all of which preceded 7th October, as well as a few exciting events that are coming up. However, this won’t be a usual newsletter in light of the ongoing situation in Palestine, where I’d like to focus our attention.
Here are a few things you can do:
Write to your MP or your representative in Congress to urge that they demand the government act to stop Israel's attacks on Gaza
Follow Palestine Solidarity Campaign (UK) or US Campaign for Palestinian Rights (USA) for updates on upcoming rallies and marches
If you can, please donate to Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP)
If you want to expand your learning around what’s going on and the historical importance of this moment, I recommend taking a look at Jewish Voice for Peace and +972 Magazine, an independent, online, nonprofit magazine run by a group of Palestinian and Israeli journalists.
Healing Justice London has opened up Palestinian support spaces in person in London and online every Sunday from 7:-8:30pm. Find out more here and share with anyone you think might benefit.
